Some of the Questions our customers ask are the following:
Q. Do you have after normal hours service available? A. Yes, CPS offers24 hours 7 days a week call out emergency services.
Q. Does your company have crews to provide complete turn key services? A. Yes, CPS offers services to pull and reinstall equipment after repairs.
Q. Does your company have a warranty of new or rebuilt equipment? A. CPS offers a one year warranty on rebuilds based on workmanship parts installed andlabor. In most cases, CPS will work with a factory on new equipment on your behalf to settle warranty claims.
Q. Does CPS charge for overtime after 4pm Monday - Friday or weekend emergency call outs? A. CPS will charge time 1/2 in most cases for after hours and weekends. For call outs on a holiday, double time may apply.
Q. What is your standard call out rate. A. CPS charges $450.00 in most cases which includes pulling of most equipment for repair. some equipment may require a flat rate bid. Cost includes field service mechanic, helper, crane truck and tools.
